What is the Mental Game ?

We train and prepare ourselves to perform. We get ready week after week with endless hours of practice. However what does it really mean "To be ready” ? I understand a practice plan to be fit…could it be the same with my mental skills ?

WHY a WHY ?

Self awarness is essential to understand how to become autonomous, feel competent and embrace our unique role as an athlete. Knowing who we are, and understand our very own construction is the key to uncover and define the WHY of our choices and our need for performance excellence and create a unique Mental Game Plan.
